Lebanon police impounded a drug shipment allegedly packed in a car engine, an Internal Security Forces statement said. Judicial police’s central Anti-Narcotics Bureau Wednesday confiscated nearly 80,000 Captagon pills packed inside a car engine that was being shipped abroad.

A Lebanese woman identified by her initials as M.M. was arrested over suspicions she was involved in trafficking the drugs. The 33-year old also had fake IDs with her. Investigations are underway, and the remaining accomplices are being sought.
