BEIRUT: Police in north Lebanon arrested a 42-year-old man suspected of forming an armed gang, state media reported.
The suspect, identified as Hasan R., was arrested in the Bab al-Ramel neighborhood in the northern city of Tripoli.
The National News Agency said the suspect was wanted on four arrest warrants, with charges of forming an armed gang, the possession of explosives, murder and forgery.
He was handed over to judicial authorities for questioning.
