Protests took place in east Lebanon’s Baalbeck and the northern city of Tripoli, in Beddaoui, Nahr el Bared.

Sunday marks the 21st day of the hunger strike.

Under the leadership of prominent Palestinian Marwan Barghouti, at least 1,500 Palestinian detainees are reported to be on strike protesting torture and the general lack of human rights for Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons.
