The Lebanese mother, Fatima Ali Hamze lost custody of her son around two years ago following an order by the Shiite Jaafari court. After refusing to give up her son, who is now 3-1/2 years old, police arrested her. She was being held at the Ghobeiry police station in Beirut’s southern suburbs.
