"Lebanese army unit in Arsal arrested Sunday Lebanese citizen, Karim Abdel-Hamid Ezzeddine, at its checkpoint in 'Hmayid Valley' for driving a Mercedes truck without legal papers and trying to smuggle a petrol tank to armed militants in the outskirts of Arsal, an Army Orientation Directorate communiqué indicated. "
