On 06 Aug 15, a man was kidnapped at dawn on the road of Mazraat Yachouh, Metn province. He was on his way to his house in Bekfaya coming back from his friend's house in Mtayleb when unknown persons attacked and kidnapped him. His car, Toyota Cruiser, was found in Majdel Tarshish. Later on reports stated that a ransom of 1,000,000US Dollars was demanded by the kidnappers to release him.
