The Lebanese Army's intelligence branch Friday arrested three men in Baabda's Burj al-Barajneh and Tahwitat al-Ghadir, according to an Army statement.
The two men arrested in the Burj al-Barajneh area, Hussein Hijazi and Jaafar Ali Jaafar, were wanted for dealing and using drugs, and firing weapons indiscriminately, respectively. The two were arrested after Army personnel discovered the illegal substances during raids of the men's homes.
The intelligence branch also arrested a third man, Khaled Ahmad Awad, in the Tahwitat al-Ghadir area on charges of indiscriminate gunfire that led to the death of a man, as well as of dealing and using drugs.
