أفاد معلومتات صحافية ان الجيش اللبناني طوق اشكالا حصل أمام احد مراكز الاقتراع في بلدة عكار العتيقة بين احد مناصري الوزير السابق اللواء اشرف ريفي ومناصرين ل"تيار المستقبل" في البلدة.
وأفيد بأن الجيش قد اوقف مصطفى.ي من مؤيدي اللواء ريفي والهدوء عاد الى البلدة .
