On 08 Jan 17, the Lebanese Army arrested a suspect on charges of robbery in Mount Lebanon. He was arrested for participating in a robbery of a man in his car on an internal road connecting Mount Lebanon with Baalbeck in the Bekaa Valley. The suspect had allegedly posed as a security officer. Hewas also accused of several acts of theft and fraud.
