On 22 Aug 16, the Lebanese Army Forces implemented exceptional measures , especially in the vicinity of Al Tebbeneh and Abu Ali River roundabout and some neighborhoods with the setup of checkpoints and vehicle inspections , pointing out that these measures came in anticipation of any security breach, especially that the area witnessed within the past three days stun grenade attacks during the night.
