The Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) succeeded in the killing of Emir of ISIS, the terrorist Alaa Al-Halabi, nicknamed "Mlays", who had ordered the killing of Lebanese soldiers, National News Agency correspondent said.
Mlays, Syrian national, was killed on Saturday after a successful raid operation launched by the Lebanese Army in Wadi Al-Hosn in Arsal.
During the operation, the army arrested many wanted terrorists, including Syrians, Ahmad Miman, Majd Sahli, Fawzi Sahli and Abdullah Hosyan. 

An Army Intelligence Unit and the Lebanese army, jointly raided the house of the terrorist Wael Deeb al-Flayti in Wadi al-Hosn in Arsal, and arrested him along with his brother Hussein and wanted suspect Amin Mohammad Homeid, NNA reporter concluded.
