On 09 Nov 16, The Lebanese Armed Forces thwarted an infiltration attempt by militants from the Syrian side into the outskirts of a town close to al-Khraybeh in the Bekaa region. The LAF was able to obstruct a group of militants after they tried to infiltrate into the outskirts of Jenta. The LAF engaged in an exchange of fire with the infiltrators and was able to wound four of them during the battle. They were taken to Dar al-Amal hospital in Baalbek.
