On 10 Jan 15, at around 1945hrs, 2 suicide bombers targeted a coffee shop in Jabal Mohsen-Tripoli using PBIEDs (Person Borne Improvised Explosive Devices). 9 people were killed, including and ISF member and 39 were injured. At 2015hrs, heavy LAF presence was reported in the area.
