The Lebanese Army raided at dawn a number of houses in the bordering town of AlKasser in search for the murderers of Major Ali AlKak, who was murdered.
War guns and military gear were confiscated during the operation.
The Army had launched a number of patrols, and implemented stringent security measures at mobile army checkpoints.
