NNA - The Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) Orientation Directorate issued on the following statement: 

"The Intelligence Directorate referred Palestinian national, Ahmad Asaad Ghadban, to specialized judiciary for belonging to the terrorist organization ISIS and plotting terrorist bombings in one of the Lebanese regions."
