أوقفت قوى الجيش في مناطق: قب الياس، الشياح، زغرتا وحارة حريك، المواطنين: عيسى حسن العقلي، محمد فواز العيسى، عمر حربي العيسى، علي عبدالله العيسى، علي ديب اللقيس، علي محسن أحمد، والفلسطيني حسان أحمد قاسم، لإقدامهم جميعا على إطلاق النار من أسلحة حربية في أوقات سابقة.
