LAF: 17 Syrians arrested in West Bekaa for suspicions of terrorism

The Lebanese Armed Forces Orientation Directorate issued on Sunday the following statement:

"A LAF task force carried out this morning a raid in the town of Marj in Western Bekaa. Twelve Syrian nationals were apprehended for suspicions of forming a terrorist group. Five other Syrians were arrested in the same locale for illegal entry into Lebanon. The LAF confiscated with said five a number of cell phones and computers, one motorcycle and two cars without legal papers. All 17 were handed over to competent authorities."
