The trucks of food and medical assistance which was heading to the town of Arsal, could not continue their way to the town because they got intercepted by the locals in Labweh. The trucks returned and headed toward central Bekaa. While young people in Tripoli's Bab el Tebbaneh blocked the road near a gas station in a counter protest on preventing the humanitarian assistance's entry to Arsal.
