NNA - Kobbeh inmates have opened their prison cells, NNA field reporter said, adding that this step is the result of successful negotiations with security elements.
Earlier, a number of prisoners in Kobbeh jail refused having them moved to Roumieh prison. They also refused allowing security elements inside their prison cells.
Meanwhile, security elements are working on resolving the conflict away from violence, NNA reporter added.
