Kiosk, coffee vans' owners stage sit in on Choueifat road

The owners of Kiosks, stalls and mobile coffee vans in Choueifat region staged a sit-in next to Al-Richani gas station and closed the road by burning tires since mid last night to protest the municipality's decision to remove the kiosks, stalls and mobile coffee vans, National News Agency correspondent said on Saturday.
The field reporter added that two persons sprayed gasoline on their bodies and tried to set themselves on fire.
Security and Army Forces attended the place and re-opened the road by force since the early morning.
The protestors will hold a press conference at Kfarshima bridge today (Saturday) at 10:00 a.m.
