The Syrian, Ali Abdel Fattah Hdeidi, has been freed in Brital plain, after he was kidnapped in front of his shops in Kasarnaba- west of Baalbek, on the 20th of October, NNA field reporter said.
It is worth to note that a ransom of LL16 million has been paid.
