NNA - The kidnapped Lebanese citizen, Ali Khalil Fan, was released by his kidnappers in the town of Talya after stealing from him an amount of $1700 in his possession, NNA reporter said on Tuesday. Khalil Fan was kidnapped this afternoon after unknown assailants chased his car in Housh Bay in the Beqa. Fan is from the Beqai town of al-Khraibeh.
