بتاريخ 21/6/2017 ادعت لدى فصيلة المريجة في وحدة الدرك الإقليمي، المواطنة أ. س. ضد القاصر د. و. (مواليد عام 2003، لبناني) بجرم الاعتداء جنسيا على ابنها ح. أ. (مواليد عام 2006)، وصرحت بأن كلا من القاصرين ح. ص. و ح. س. قاما بتصوير الحادثة بواسطة هاتف خليوي.
وأفاد الطفل، في حضور والده، أن د. و. المذكور تحرش به، كما تم عرضه على الطبيب الشرعي الذي أكد في تقريره حصول تحرش جنسي.
