On 26 Nov 15, Palestinian factions began preparations for the deployment of a joint security force in Burj el-Barajneh camp, along the lines of what happened in the refugee camps of Ein el-Hilweh and Mieh Mieh, in order to protect it, maintain stability and counter any attempt to tamper with the relationship with the neighborhood. The political leadership of the unified forces of the national and Islamic factions indicated the importance of accelerating the deployment of this force, especially after the double bombing of the Burj el-Barajneh in the southern suburbs.
