دورية راجلة تابعة للعدو الإسرائيلي، أقدمت بتاريخه عند الساعة 11.50، على اجتياز خط الانسحاب لمسافة حوالى 50 متراً داخل الأراضي اللبنانية المتحفظ عليها في محلة جبل الشحل- الخلة الوسيعة، ومحاولة خطف أحد الرعاة اللبنانيين من دون أن تتمكن من ذلك، عندها أطلق عناصرها النار فوق الراعي دون إصابة أحد، تجري متابعة موضوع الخرق مع قوات الأمم المتحدة المؤقتة في لبنان.
