"بتاريخه الساعة 12,40، أقدمت دورية راجلة تابعة للعدو الإسرائيلي قوامها 12 عنصرا على خرق خط الإنسحاب (الخط الأزرق) في محلة المجيدية - مزارع شبعا لمسافة حوالي 50 مترا باتجاه الأراضي اللبنانية، وقامت بملاحقة أحد الرعاة من دون أن تتمكن من توقيفه، وأثناء ذلك إنفجر لغم أرضي في قطيع الماشية العائد للراعي المذكور، ما أدى إلى نفق أحد رؤوس الماشية، ثم عادت وانسحبت باتجاه الأراضي المحتلة. وقد اتخذت وحدات الجيش المنتشرة في المنطقة الإجراءات المناسبة، وتجري متابعة الخرق بالتنسيق مع قوات الأمم المتحدة الموقتة في لبنان".
