An Israeli patrol attempted to kidnap a shepherd, Maher Fares Hamdan, in Shebaa outskirts, but he managed to escape, NNA field reporter said, adding that the Israeli military managed to capture 50 goats and lead them inside the occupied zone.
It is to note that the Israeli patrol breached 30 meters inside the withdrawal line, NNA reporter added.
