An Israeli enemy patrol breached the "Blue Line" at 10:40 a.m. on Saturday, 50 meters into the outskirts of the Southern town of Shebaa, in a futile attempt to kidnap a Lebanese shepherd, a Lebanese Army communiqué indicated.
The incident is currently under follow-up in coordination with the UN Interim Forces in Lebanon.
