"In a new violation of Lebanese sovereignty, a patrol of the Israeli enemy has crossed this Thursday at 9:30 am, the line at about 50 meters inside the Lebanese territory from Mont Chahal to Shebaa, before it left towards the occupied territories," the Lebanese Army said in a statement.
"Three enemy helicopters also violated, at 13:30, the Lebanese waters at 200 meters' distance and threw heat balloons.
Tracking these violations is being carried out in coordination with UN forces operating in southern Lebanon" the statement said.
