ISF: Syrian ISIL member arrested

Having meticulously surveyed persons connected to ISIL and sister organizations, ISF detectives have detained a Syrian national upon an arrest warrant issued by the specialized General Prosecution, the ISF General Directorate disclosed in its communiqué today.

The person arrested by the ISF, has been operating in and around Arsal where he mounted a number of armed attacks against the Lebanese military with the purpose of murdering them, the communiqué added. The suspected terrorist has also engaged in gunrunning activities for the mother and affiliate terrorist groups, the ISF communiqué said.
