ISF units raided a warehouse in Kyal-Baalbek and seized 400 thousand capsules of Captagon, ISF said in a statement.
During the raid, unknown individuals opened fire on the police, causing an exchange of fire between the two parties.
ISF arrested a Lebanese and Palestinian, while the others fled to an unknown destination.
Investigations were opened into the incident under the supervision of the concerned justice, according to the statement.
