The Internal Security Forces announced the arrest and death of suspects wanted for over 100 crimes in Mount Lebanon.

The first suspect a 21-year-old identified as Aa.J. was wanted on 105 arrest warrants, on charges of murder, attempted murder and drug dealing. He is suspected of opening fire at Tonino and Junkies restaurant in Haret Hreik in April, injuring several customers, one of whom later died.

The suspect also led an armed gang, dealt drugs, drove a silver Jeep Cherokee with tented windows and a forged license plate, the ISF said.

The ISF tried to pull him over, but he opened fire. The security patrol fired back, killing him and his associate, 29-year-old Palestinian Aa.Aa. A third suspect, 24-year-old H.H. tried to flee but was apprehended.

Police searched the car and confiscating two Zakharov rifles, two Glock handguns, over 1,000 rounds for both guns, four hand grenades, 1,624g of Marijuana, 29 bottles of the cough syrup Cemo, and approximately L.L 25,000,000 ($16,535).

Upon questioning H.H, he confessed to using and selling drugs in cooperation with the other two, and shooting at the patrol when they ordered them to stop.

The suspect was referred to the judiciary for further questioning.
