ISF imposes security measures in all governorates during elections

The Directorate General of the Internal Security Forces' Public Relations Unit issued the following statement on Saturday: "Upon a decision by the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities...all motorcycles are banned from roaming the streets from 07.00 in the morning until midnight upon the day of elections in each corresponding governorate." This decision does not apply to motorcycles belonging to security forces, public institutions, municipalities, and delivery services of restaurants, newspapers and pharmacies as well as journalists who have acquired a permit from said ministry and have identification cards related to their line of work.
