Two of the suspects were Syrian nationals identified as Aa.Sh., born in 1990, and M.G., born in 1967, while the other two were Lebanese citizens identified as Aa.B., born in 1978, and Aa.Y., born in 1986.

Aa.Sh. and M.G. were arrested on Nov. 24 in a car in Al-Marj and found to be in possession of 204,534 Captagon pills.

Upon investigation, the ISF said the two confessed they were planning to smuggle the Captagon to an unspecified “Arab country.”

The same day, Aa.B. was arrested at a cellphone shop in Suweiri.
