The ISF’s Counterterrorism Bureau has arrested a man in Tripoli, a statement from the agency reported Monday.
Following an investigation by the bureau and a judicial police unit, the ISF discovered the whereabouts of Lebanese M.A., born in 1989, and arrested him on Dec. 3 in Tripoli’s Qibbeh.
The suspect was wanted for kidnapping and extortion, as well as unlawful detention.
