بتاريخ 8/5/2019 تمكنت قوة من الشعبة من توقيفهما في منطقتي الجديدة والمكلس. وبالتحقيق معهما اعترف الأول بتنفيذ عملية السرقة، بالاشتراك مع المدعو: ( أ. ح. من مواليد عام 1994، لبناني) -متوارٍ عن الأنظار- وذلك بتحريض وطلب من الموقوف الثاني (ط. ح.) الذي زوده بمفتاح مستعار لتنفيذ العملية. كما اعترف انها ليست المرة الأولى التي يدخل فيها إلى شقة المدعية وأنه قد سبق ودخلها قبل حوالي أربعة أيام من حصول السرقة، وسرق أيضاً كمية من المخدرات (باز الكوكايين).

ولفت البيان الى انه بالتحقيق مع المدعية، اعترفت بقيامها بترويج المخدرات لصالح الموقوف الثاني (ط. ح.) الذي اعترف بتورطه بقضية سرقة منزل المدعية وبترويج المخدرات مع المدعية، وأن زوجها كان على علم بموضوع ترويج المخدرات. وبالتحقيق مع زوج المدعية المدعو: _ س. ح. (مواليد عام 1961، لبناني) -الذي يخضع للعلاج في أحد المستشفيات
