تمكنت من تحديد هوية أفراد إحدى أخطر عصابات سرقة السيارات ضمن محافظة جبل لبنان، ومن بينهم:
- ص. ق. (مواليد عام ١٩٧٢، سوري)
- ع. ا. (مواليد عام ١٩٩٠، سوري) وهو من أصحاب السوابق الجرمية في قضايا ترويج المخدرات ويتنقل بطريقة حذرة مستخدماً بطاقات هوية مزورة.
من خلال المتابعة الحثيثة، تمكنت القوة الخاصة في الشعبة من تحديد أمكنة تواجدهما، وبتاريخ بتاريخ ٢٠/١٢/٢٠١٨، أوقفت الأول في محلة سن الفيل، وضبطت سيارته وهي نوع "كيا ريو" وعُثر بداخلها على أدوات تستخدم في عمليات سرقة السيارات.
