The Internal Security Forces announced the arrest of three persons suspected of stealing thousands of dollars from a Tripoli warehouse.

The suspected leader of the gang was identified as Aa.Aa., born in 2000, while his alleged accomplices were M.Kh., born in 2001, and M.M., born in 2001. The men, all Syrian nationals, were arrested on Jan. 16 near the Beddawi Palestinian camp in the Tripoli area.

Aa.As. had reportedly previously worked with the owner of the warehouse, from which $4,000 and LL4,000,000 ($2,666) were stolen.

All suspects have reportedly admitted to the crime.

An ISF patrol separately arrested Syrian national S.S., born in 1964, who was wanted for murder, and Syrian national M.M., born in 1966, on suspicion of stealing.
