The Internal Security Forces has arrested three men suspected of using card reading devices to glean credit and debit account information at ATMs to steal money.
According to the statement, the ISF was alerted to the group’s activities after a theft on Nov. 7, in which two of the suspects – Bulgarian nationals identified as K.R., born in 1979, and N.A., born in 1994 – placed a skimming device on an ATM at a bank in Kezrouan’s Ghazir.
