The Internal Security Forces has apprehended a man who had 12 warrants out for his arrest for using and dealing drugs as well as resisting authorities.
The man, identified as Lebanese national R.Z., born in 1976, was arrested near Aley’s Choueifat in possession of “tools for cocaine use” and an unidentified “white powder,” in addition to multiple forged identification documents and a sum of money,
