The Internal Security Forces has arrested a man for allegedly posing to be a doctor and treating cancer patients in his home in Sidon’s Ghazieh, a statement from the agency reported Monday. The man, identified as Syrian national R.S., born in 1960, was arrested Saturday. He had been charging patients between $800 and $6,000, depending on their condition, the statement said. The ISF said inside the suspect’s home, police discovered expired medication, medical tools, herbs and “magic books.”
