صدر عن المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي ـ شعبة العلاقات العامة البلاغ الاتي: "في إطار ملاحقة جرائم المخدرات والضالعين فيها، وبعد عملية رصد ومراقبة توافرت معلومات لدى مكتب مكافحة المخدرات المركزي في وحدة الشرطة القضائية، عن وجود شخص يقوم بترويج المخدرات في بلدة الحدث- جبل لبنان.

نتيجة المتابعة الحثيثة تم توقيف المشتبه به على حاجز ضهر البيدر في وحدة الدرك الإقليمي، وذلك بالتنسيق بين الحاجز ومكتب المخدرات الإقليمي في البقاع، وهو: أ. ع. (مواليد العام 2000، سوري)، وضبط بحوزته 26 غ. قائم من مادة الهيرويين موضبين في 20 ظرف نايلون صغيرة، و5 غ. من مادة الحشيشة، و 2 غ. من مادة السيلفيا وغرام واحد من مادة الكوكايين.
