The Internal Security Forces has arrested a married couple suspected of stealing a purse that contained $2,000 and identity papers, the agency reported in a statement Friday.
The couple, identified as Syrian nationals Aa.B., born 1988, and her husband M.H., born 1993, snatched the bag from inside a woman’s car in Baabda’s Chiyah and fled on the back of a motorcycle.
