أعلنت المديرية العامة للأمن العام اللبناني أنّ "الأجهزة المعنية في المديرية العامة للأمن العام قامت خلال الفترة الممتدة من تاريخ 02 أيار 2019 لغاية 09 أيار 2019، وبإشراف النيابات العامة، بتوقيف ثلاثة عشر شخصًا بجرم تزوير مستندات سفر لتسهيل عمليات انتقال أشخاص من لبنان إلى دول أوروبية وآسيوية وإفريقية".
وأوضحت أنّ "بعد انتهاء التحقيق مع الموقوفين، أُحيلوا جميعًا إلى القضاء المختص".
