On 08 Nov 16, the Internal Security Forces in Tripoli arrested a man suspected of opening fire on a municipal police force patrol in the city. Ihab R. was arrested in Tripoli following a shooting incident last Saturday, 05 Nov 16. Sgt. Maj. Ahmad Yuzbashi was shot in his foot while officer Alaa al-Mal got bruises in his arm after falling over a parked vehicle.
