Police Friday arrested a man who claims to have accidentally killed a 10-year-old Syrian boy who had been reported missing last week. In a statement, the Internal Security Forces said investigation into the case of Jaafar al-Jabal’s disappearance led to the arrest of the family’s neighbor, a 27-year-old Lebanese. Jabal’s body was found Sept. 11 with a gunshot wound to his neck. Upon his arrest, the neighbor confessed to have gone on a hunting trip accompanied by Jaafar, saying that during the trip he accidentally shot him.
