On 27 July 15, in El Qobbeh – Tripoli, unidentified persons detonated an IED (200g of explosives) placed under a vehicle (Gray Mercedes) that was parked in Al Wadih Street. The vehicle is owned by Lebanese army chief warrant officer in Tripoli. Only material damage was reported.
