The State Security arrested a man suspected of embezzling money from the Higher Relief Committee that distributes funds during emergencies and tragedies in Lebanon.
The State Security said to have surveilled and arrested Ghassan R.. It turned out that there are several warrants against him for forgery, fraud and, embezzlement.
