Hezbollah fighters killed two Nusra Front militants on Lebanon's northeastern border Saturday, Al-Manar TV reported.
The Hezbollah-run station said its fighters "targeted two deployments of militants in the Dahr al-Hawa area..., killing two Nusra Front militants and the wounding three others," east of Arsal. Hezbollah also shelled a gathering of ISIS militants on the outskirts of the nearby town of Ras Baalbek, destroying two vehicles, the station added. The report said Hezbollah employed heavy artillery and guided missiles in the attack.Later on Saturday, media reports said a two mortars coming from the eastern mountain range fell in a field in Ras Baalbek. Al-Mayadeen TV said the mortars sparked a fire.
