On 16 Jun 16, media reported that Hezbollah targeted a militant position on the outskirts of a northeastern border town, inflicting casualties among the ranks of extremists. The Hezbollah-linked Media War Center said that a rocket fired by the party’s fighters hit an inspection post used by ISIS militants in Zweitina area along the border with Syria on the outskirts of Al-Qaa and Ras Baalbek. The militants were either killed or wounded by the attack.
